What If You Stopped Chasing and Started Attracting?

On what changes when the inner work starts to show up on the outside.
Have you ever noticed the difference between how it feels to chase something and how it feels when something just... arrives?
Chasing has a particular quality to it. It's effortful. It's tiring. There's always a slight edge of desperation underneath it, even when you're doing everything right. And the thing you're chasing always seems to stay just slightly out of reach.
Attracting feels different. Quieter. More like being in the right place at the right time, except it happens again and again, so you start to realise it isn't luck. It's something about who you are.
The Magnetic series was an exploration of that second thing. What happens when the inner work you've been doing the releasing, the blooming, the trusting starts to change not just how you feel inside, but what finds its way to you on the outside.
The Shift That Happens After the Work
There's a moment that can be easy to miss.
It comes after a period of deep inner work, the kind that asks something real of you. Where you've looked honestly at old beliefs, released things you'd been carrying for years, made peace with parts of yourself you'd been at war with. It's not a dramatic moment. It's quiet. But something shifts.
You notice it in small ways at first. A conversation that flows more easily. An opportunity that arrives without you having to push for it. A relationship that deepens on its own. A sense that things are just... moving. Not because of what you're doing, but because of what you've become.
This is what the beginning of the Magnetic series was about. Acknowledging that shift. Noticing it. And letting yourself trust it rather than immediately going back to the familiar habit of striving.
You don't attract what you want. You attract what you are. And look at who you're becoming.
What the Seven Days Explored
The series moved through seven different dimensions of what it means to be genuinely magnetic not in a performative sense, but from the inside out.
We started with integration.
With the recognition that the work of the past weeks the releasing, the opening, the trusting has actually changed something. This is easy to overlook. We're often so focused on what's next that we don't pause to acknowledge what has already shifted. Day one was an invitation to do exactly that.
Then we looked at the difference between chasing and attracting.
Chasing comes from a belief that what you want isn't already on its way to you. That you have to work hard enough, want it badly enough, be persistent enough to make it happen. Attracting comes from a different premise entirely that you are already whole, already enough, and that what's genuinely meant for you will find you when you're in alignment with it.
Day three was about energy
specifically the energy you carry before you say a word. We all have this. A quality, a frequency, something that communicates before anything else does. And when the inner work has been done, that energy changes. It becomes clearer. More settled. More genuinely welcoming of what you actually want.
We spent a day with alignment
and specifically with the relief of realising that you don't need to attract everything. Just what's genuinely meant for you. There's something deeply relaxing about that. When you stop trying to make everything work and trust instead that what's right will arrive naturally, a kind of ease opens up that chasing never could.
Then receiving.
Because being magnetic isn't just about drawing things towards you, it's about being willing to actually let them in. And this is where a lot of people quietly block themselves. Good things arrive, and there's an immediate instinct to minimise, deflect, or find the catch. Learning to receive openly with grace, without guilt is its own practice. And an essential one.
Day six was about radiance
the particular kind that comes from being genuinely yourself, not performing a version of yourself. There's a difference between the two, and most of us know it from the inside. Performing is exhausting. It requires maintenance. Actual radiance the kind that comes from being settled in who you are doesn't ask for anything. It just is.
And finally frequency.
The idea that you are not waiting for the life you want to arrive. You are already the frequency of it. You already carry within you the love, the abundance, the aliveness that you've been reaching for. The work isn't to find those things. It's to stop blocking them.
The most magnetic version of you is the most authentic one. Not the most polished. The most real.
Why Inner Work Changes Outer Reality
This is the part that can be hard to explain and yet most people have experienced it, at least in glimpses.
When something shifts internally a belief, a pattern, a way of relating to yourself, the external world starts to respond differently. Not immediately, not dramatically. But consistently. The kinds of conversations you find yourself in change. The opportunities that come your way change. The relationships that sustain themselves, and the ones that quietly fall away they change too.
It isn't magic. It's more like coherence. When your inner world and outer world are aligned when what you're carrying inside matches what you want to experience outside things move more freely. What was stuck starts to flow.
In ThetaHealing, this is what we work towards. Not just releasing the old beliefs, but genuinely installing new ones at the subconscious level where they actually live. When a belief shifts there, you don't have to remind yourself of it or repeat it until it sticks. It just becomes how you relate to life. Quietly, naturally, from the inside out.
And that's when the magnetic shift happens. Not because you've done something right, or said the right affirmations, or finally earned it. But because something underneath has genuinely changed and the world around you simply responds to that.
When something genuinely shifts inside, you don't have to force anything outside. Things just start to move.
If You Were Here This Week
Seven days of this.
And behind them if you've been following since May weeks of opening, blooming, feeling fully alive, learning to trust yourself, and now this: becoming magnetic to what's genuinely yours.
Something has landed, even if it's subtle. Maybe you noticed yourself receiving a compliment without immediately deflecting it. Maybe you caught yourself not chasing something m and felt the relief of that. Maybe you just felt a little more settled in yourself than you did a month ago.
All of it counts. All of it is the work.
And if you're feeling the pull to go deeper to really clear what's still creating distance between you and the life you want I would genuinely love to support you in that.
How We Can Work Together
One-to-one sessions
are a space just for you. We look at what's most alive or most stuck right now. The specific beliefs that are still creating distance. The patterns that are ready to shift. All at your own pace, with care and without pressure.
Sessions are available online via Zoom, wherever you are. If you're in London, we can also meet in person at a quiet, comfortable space in the city.
Group sessions
bring a small group of up to ten people together to work on these themes. There's something genuinely amplifying about doing this work collectively the shared intention creates a field that makes individual shifts easier and deeper. And it's a reminder that you're not alone in any of this.
Group sessions are available online or in person in London, in a warm, welcoming space where we can settle in together.
The inner work you've been doing matters.
Not just for how you feel though that matters enormously. But for what becomes possible. For what starts to find its way to you. For the quiet, steady way that life begins to respond when you've genuinely cleared the old patterns and stepped into something more true.
You are already magnetic. You've been becoming it for a while now.
Trust that.
With love,
SANA ANIMAM
